low voltage telecommunications contractor
providing design, installation, and repair of structured wiring
and systems in
South/Central NJ, Southeast Pa, and Northern De.

Design, installation and service of copper
and fiber optic wiring for voice communications, computer
data networks, WIFI, audio paging, CATV video, building
security camera systems, time clock, and
audio visual systems. We work in premise, aerial and underground
applications.
What is Structured Wiring?
All Integrated Security and Communications
cable installations adhere to ANSI-approved network standards
defining basic cable and outlet performance. Our Category (Cat)-3,
-5, 5e, 6, and fiber optic system cable installations are done
in accordance with EIA/TIA 568, developed by the Electronics
Industry Alliance (EIA) and its subgroup Telecommunications
Industry Association (TIA).
The EIA/TIA 568A standard is very specific about how cabling
should be installed to minimize outside interference and ensure
the quality of data transmission. It begins with specification
of components and ends with test and certification of the network.

How we do business

do a site visit to determine client need.
Provide a written estimate
of the work to be done and time to complete the job. Fixed contract,
or T&M pricing is available.
Materials
provided are UL listed in new
condition.
Installation is done to
ANSI, NEC, NESC, TIA, EIA, and BICSI codes and standards.
All cables tested to ANSI-568
standard.
Network documentation provided
- AutoCAD generated floor plans, wiring diagrams and test results.
What does
it cost for services?
The charges for installation
or service include:
An hourly charge for onsite
time.
An hourly charge for round
trip travel time.
The cost of materials.
Equipment use charge (if
applicable. Ie. test equipment, fusion splicer, bucket truck,
etc).
Travel expenses (tolls,
mileage, hotel, etc).
The cost of preparing and
acquiring permits and electrical inspections as required.
Any state or local taxes.
What are
the payment terms?
Since electrical contracting
is construction, we work with a written contract between parties.
We also require purchase orders,
down payments and progress payments.
Companies wanting credit
terms must pass a credit check and the business owners must
provide personal guaranty.
Prepayment or Bank letter
of credit may also be needed.
